Growing up, I lived at the Ritz Carlton while my Dad remodeled high-end homes. He was unintentionally honing my taste for exquisite aesthetics and luxurious comfort. I attended USC, followed by a stint in the fast-paced world of real estate development in New York City. In 2017, I made the move to Oregon to help clients elevate their homes to the next level with the Emberly touch. We offer an array of packages to suit any budget, from our essential services to bespoke design and renovation packages tailored to your unique needs.

A recent survey from the International Association of Home Staging Professionals shows that staged homes sell up to 30 times faster than un-staged homes. Furthermore, on average, staging increases the sale price by 20%!!
We offer high quality furnishings with a thoughtful approach specifically tailored to each unique home and its distinct characteristics. Each project is professionally curated to include original artwork, accessories, plant arrangements, and exotic soft furnishings from around the globe - designed to show buyers how wonderful their life would be in this home.
Home Staging Pricing:
Basic Package: $3,200
This includes the Living Room, Dining Room, Kitchen, Master Bedroom and Master Bathroom.
Each additional Month is $950.
Each Additional Room is $450, plus $130/additional month.
04 AirBNB
My pricing is divided into 2 parts - Design & Outfitting. The "Design" Fee includes a design consultation, picking and ordering, assembly, clean up, staging and preparing for photography. The "Outfitting" is the actual cost of all the materials needed to turn your place a desirable AirBNB. This cost includes sofas, dining tables, beds, mattresses, linens, kitchen essentials, soaps, pillows, decor, wall art, rugs, TVs, projector screens, lockboxes, a guest book and more.
Bedroom: $550 Design + $2,900 Outfitting = $3,450 Total
Living Room: $600 Design + $3,700 Outfitting = $4,300 Total
Dining Room: $300 Design + $2,000 Outfitting = $2,300 Total
Kitchen: $400 Design + $1,300 Outfitting = $1,700 Total
Bathroom: $200 Design + $400 Outfitting = $600 Total
Movie Room: $500 Design + $1,300 Outfitting = $1,800 Total
Basement/Game: $600 Design + $1,900 Outfitting = $2,500 Total
Hallway/Entryway $100 Design + $400 Outfitting = $500 Total
Outdoors: $800 Design + $2,200 Outfitting = $3,000 Total
